Good morning, everyone. Good evening. Good afternoon wherever you are in the world. We're here. My name is Andrea from ARK Crystal and we're here sitting with Dr. Lydia. Um, what I have from you is: architect and wellness coach whose work focuses on the relationship between architecture and health and wellness along with everything else magical.
Dr. Lydia
Wow, thank you so much for the invitation. I'm excited and honored to be here. And I'm very happy to connect with you have a really interesting and deep talk about various things. So, yeah.
ARK
So, we've had the honor of Lydia's presence throughout the Resonance Academy trip to Mexico last fall. Which you having brought your expertise was added just a whole new dimension and brought us to a new level as far as our understanding of the ancient sites that we were visiting. And if you could for everyone who wasn't fortunate enough to be there, just share a little bit about your observation, you know, in Mexico in particular.
Dr. Lydia
Sure. So I always had this passion about temples because I felt that there are so many unanswered questions, right? Whatever the archaeological community said in covering like questions not neither did other areas you know, such as architecture so how are they were built or physics or you know, they're actually temples combine all these different sciences and arts together. So it's really spectacular. And we are I think we are just starting to understand the complexity and the level of very highly advanced science. Some might say that, whoever built them, you know, made them happen that way. So yes, first of all, you know, I have been looking at the subject for many, many years. First of all, because I really wanted to have some solid scientific answers, you know, not just theories here and there, because there are so many theories, right, like, every other book talks about pyramids in Egypt, in Mexico in you know, megalithic monuments around the world. But I didn't find really solid science, they might be right. They might be truthful in what they're saying. But I really wanted to have, you know, the real answers. So I started with exploration and years ago, I have been finding remarkable things that absolutely blew my mind. Specifically about Mexico. You know, Mexico is such a deep and rich place regarding ancient civilizations and all these temple pyramids and other complexes that are around so this journey with you guys, and Nassim was, I have to say, probably the most amazing time in my life, right? One of the most amazing experiences where we got to feel and visit these places, you know, activate them through energy, work and meditation. And then get to talk also about the science. So I got to share in different places, pieces of you know, different things that we can observe in real time in in the temples but also, things I discovered in temples are kind of common around the world. One we can see a lot in the in the Mexican temples is that there is a very high level of fractality. And I will explain what I mean by that. Today, we're used to architecture that is like a flatline. Right? The facades are flatline. If you see all these ancient buildings, if you see, you know, incredible temples, huge temples in India, or in Greece or you know anywhere around the world, you will see that any façade even either it's like a slope building or a vertical building, it doesn't matter. You will see the façade is not a flat thing. It has all these little details. So instead of having like this flat surface, we have like this, you know, and this thing increases what we call fractality. So, in simple words, we see a very high complexity in all around Mexico in these temples. As many other questions that I've been trying to answer, you think that "Why would they spend so much time and effort and money to create this level of complexity if you didn't serve them or something?" Personally, I don't believe that was for the, you know, just make a beautiful building embedded with all these very complex intricate patterns and symbols. So you start to observe that and then you start to realize that everything in nature is highly fractal. Only humans start to design things that are away from nature, right? We have strayed away from nature and we are creating these flat surfaces in our buildings. But the ancients knew better and when it came to temples they put all have their knowledge all their wisdom all the technology all the resources to make something really powerful and very effective and efficient in many different functions that is actually the temples have. My research has shown me that these were not just built for religious purposes, but they had very specific functions that can be seen through scientific measurements. So we see that there is a reason to increase this fractality. And create something that is closer to how nature designs. Basically what that does, you know, what, what is nature? Nature is alive. So creating that high level of fractality what makes in any object, building, design, whatever, it increases the, let's say, the bioactive field and for those of you that this term kind of, you know, disturbs you're not sure, basically, it's the life it's the spark of life that the Nature creates that the universe creates. That the vacuum creates. And this creates also a link between all the scales of any research of Nassim that showed us you know, that all the scales are connected. The way they connect is through this fractality, which repeats in all scales. So I don't know if I kind of cover your question or if you want me to add something else.
ARK
No, absolutely. You did. Thank you. Um, two things. One, you had mentioned that evidence throughout many temples, of water flowing underneath. Can you share a little more about that and perhaps why?

Dr. Lydia
Yes, of course. Wonderful question. By the way. Temples are intricately linked with water. You know, we always thought in in this research, I mean, all of us that are looking into temples we always thought that is, you know, to make the energy more subtle and to you know, connect with higher vibrations, which water has of course, water is far more subtle than any solid matter. And also we know of rituals that were done in ancient temples or around the world that include water, and we wanted to have you know, the sacred water there is this quality of sacred or holy water that is found, you know, also in ancient Gothic cathedrals in Europe and I can tell you all around Greece because I have looked in so many temples in Greece, and like, I think more than 90% are linked with water. So this was something fascinating to me. Like, I really thought that there should be something more to that and not just, you know, the energy perspective in terms of this subtle energy that I just said, which of course is very important, but I really felt like, first of all, how do they know you know, how did they find this place? A locate a temple exactly on top of water. That was fascinating to me, thinking that you know, what kind of technology they have, or could they really feel it with their own body because I want to add this that nowadays we are so bombarded, you know, with EMF, that we have lost our sensitivity, but imagine in the ancient times that there was no Wi Fi and all these things. I personally feel and see kind of with my research if they didn't have some specific technology, maybe, or you know, maybe it was both, but I cannot know for sure. Maybe their body was so much more sensitive that when they walked over an area, they feel the change. And what I'm saying is not just intuition, I'm not talking about that. That could also be but there is a change of electromagnetic and gravitational fields when we have underground water. And that's measurable. It's super tiny difference. It's a very subtle change. But for the natural fields, this amount of change is big. So we're not going to compare, you know, a few 100 Nano Tesla, let's say to whatever amount of magnetic fields we have now from Wi Fi and EMF. So you see there is a huge gradient. So coming back to the temples. There there is a lot of research that I have done also in Mexico and I showed some in that presentation that they are in the trip. If you remember that for example, Chichen Itza, there was a electric tomography which is a way that they used to scan let's say the inside of a pyramid and what is underneath and they found that exactly underneath it, there is a huge cenote. Like the beautiful cenotes is that we swam together in the trip and we activated and we prayed for the waters. So one might ask again like there are so many areas why place it exactly on this cenote you know. So we now know that this gives a special shift in the Earth's fields and that can be used for the body of the temple, and the same goes for Teotihuacan. I am looking more into that right now. And I was told by professionals when I was in Mexico, that all of Teotihuacan is with underground canals. And I am looking more into that too, you know, with with different types of technology and charts and things to put it together. But it's fascinating. And my guess is is the more I will look in Mexico in more places, the more there will be this connection of water and ancient temples.
ARK
That's pretty much what happens. Is the more we look especially in this field and the Unified Science field, the more you look, the more you will find and as it's all fractal based, we can keep going and going and going and going. So my next question about based on your fractal explanation in the temples is so that's what the work from what I understand you're doing at Geophilia is bringing that type of architecture back into the everyday life. And bringing back elements of the temple so we're surrounded by that space. So please, if you could share a little bit about what you're doing there. Your website is wonderful, by the way, and I have other questions about it and notes that I found and I'm so excited to explore more. It's a wealth of information.
Dr. Lydia
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it because actually recently I recently redesigned the entire website. I put tons of more information and I'm having all these really amazing feedback from people and clients about you know, the material and and I because exactly this is like a let's say an area that most people are not so aware of and I will explain why we but it's good to have information. So people can take your time and read a little bit, bit by bit and then they start to understand. What I mean by that is I think we are in a point in the planet right now that a lot of people that are awakening or understanding for example, the power of emotions and psychology in our health and well-being, the power of energy, the power of nutrition, and so many other things. But there is a little link they're missing in the puzzle in my point of view, which is called our environment. And it was interesting because the blue zone research in five areas of the world that are the longest lived by people, it was shown that the most important factor was the environment. And, you know, the work of epigenetics of Bruce Lipton also shows that it's the environment of the cell liquid that actually informs the cell and the cell sends the information to DNA and it can change DNA. For me when I read that book, it was like mind blowing, and I just opened up so much of what I was already feeling, but I didn't have the science to explain it yet. So what do we do it in Geophilia, which by the way, means love for Earth. It comes from two Greek words, geo and philia. So it's a project for love the love of the earth. And what we do is we do holistic architecture. And what that means is we try to create, especially, you know, for people looking and reading them in different ways to understand what they really need to design the perfect and most balanced, harmonic environment that can support health and well being. It can go even further you know, people can have a specific mission or they can have a specific goal and that can all these things can be embedded. So, you know, we are in this Energy Soup around us. And it's like the cell membrane of Bruce Lipton. So this is a liquid all around us. The liquid is contained in a building. And we spend 90% of our times in this building so that the importance and the way this can affect us electromagnetically, emotionally, spiritually, you know, also physically you know, the toxins and the emissions from the materials. It's immense, thinking that we are in a building 90% of our times, unfortunately, I would really recommend and you know, hope that we all can spend more time in nature but this is a reality today. So this is more or less what we tried to do with Geophilia this can be applied to any building, existing building, new building, any type of you know, a healing center, a house and office, it has no restriction. And all the research I did in my PhD with the temples and the location aspects and also what makes sacred space which in Geophilia we call SPACE HARMONICS. The science of space harmonics is how to create this perfect embedded fields that they just basically collide with each other and create harmony. Imagine different organs in the orchestra and then you have a maestro that just puts everything together. So that's what we tried to do. We try to take all this knowledge from all this research and apply it in kind of creating modern tables or modern harmonic spaces. If you will, the word temple, you know, sounds too heavy for today. So that's more or less in a few kind of simple words, what we do.
ARK
Well put. I just love when you speak. So from my understanding, it seems that Geophilia, you guys can you offer consultation from even you know, zero to building the entire structure, but you also offer a consultation of a structure that already exists to offer little tweaks here and there. One thing that I found on the website that I was super excited about and I'm gonna read it tonight is this seven secrets to create a sleep sanctuary free download I was and of course in true Dr. Lydia fashion, I expected you know, because there's free downloads all the time for things and I thought I'd page through just like, you know, put some plants and this and that but you go into it about you know how so? Are there? You know, I didn't get to read it yet. But can you share maybe a couple here with us just to give us a sneak peek? Okay, good. Thank you.
Dr. Lydia
Sure. So that that was created as a free PDF. You can just find it on the first page of the website. And I really I have to tell you, I I created this PDF. It took me weeks, you know and this is a research that I have been doing for sleep at least 15 years. So I wanted to squeeze all my research and extract it and put the most important things that I have seen that work for myself and for my clients for sleep. And why did I focus on sleep? I really want to mention a little bit of that, because it's one of the most important things today for health and well being and it's something that can impact so many things, physiologically, energetically, emotionally. Because today we are you know bombarded by so many things. We have noise, we have pollution, we have EMF, we have, let's say energy or information or pollution, you know from the cities, especially. If you're lucky to live in nature, of course things are easier, but still, you know it can benefit you. So I wanted to cover all the different aspects of what can make a place the perfect sleep sanctuary so someone can have very, very deep restorative and regenerative sleep. So I have very specific tools and techniques that we use in Geophilia for many years. For example, one of them that I have been using for many years is a special thin mattress that goes on top of your mattress in the bed. And what it does, it creates like a circuit because a circuit around and magnets in the middle. What it does, it creates like a neutral area, electromagnetically and also it breaks down the geographic stress which is something I researched in my PhD. Which is basically when we are sleeping over a disturbed area right geomagnetically will say there is a big shift or change in the values of the field. So I have found because I was sleeping and I actually got sick many years ago. And one reason was that I was sleeping on an over disturbed area. So that really helped me start sleeping again because I have many issues with sleep. That's a really effective technique that I can recommend.
Dr. Lydia
Then there are things like please don't use metal in your bed. If you have springs inside your mattress, just throw your mattress away. Trust me on that. I have all the evidence I have measured my own body voltage and I will explain what that is in a minute for people that don't know, but I have measured my body voltage over my old bed like more than 15 years ago and standing still next to the bed you know without touching the bed. And the body voltage is basically you know how we the way we have voltage for electric current and according to building biology we should have almost zero when we're sleeping. I mean, there is a very very small voltage which is the process of the body but we shouldn't have anything more because that means we have electric current running through our body. And especially when we sleep, what happens is the body needs to shut down. Okay, imagine we are a computer and the computer needs to shut down. But if you're giving it stimulants or giving it noise or giving it whatever information at the time, it cannot shut down. And the result from that is you cannot have a deep sleep and then your melatonin has a problem you don't you know create melatonin and then you know that affects your immune system and your hormones and it's like a chain reaction. So it's very important to avoid all metal materials. So either springs in your mattress or the body of the bed itself has metal you know under underneath or any part of it. So what that does is it creates like a circuit for all this EMF to run. So I measured mine on my bed which I had springs in my mattress that I didn't know at that time. And I had some other metal things underneath was probably around 100 times higher than when I went away from the bed. So when I measure that my own myself I was shocked. I was like this is not good. You know I have to do something so I threw everything out and I got a Natural Mattress. I got a wooden bed and I got this mattress on top of it that I told you it's like a protective mattress that actually also does healing for through the night because it has magnet some some ionic elements. So it's very good. I think these two are very important to start with. But then because I have put so much information in that PDF I really invite people to read it through because we'll find a lot more interesting information that you can apply and really create a sleep sanctuary. That's the goal.
ARK
Wow, I'm shocked too and I just realized I'm thinking about my bed stand. Like the whatever, not the mattress itself, but it sounds like I have a weekend project is basically what I'm saying because we have to figure out
Dr. Lydia
Well, feel free to contact me. You know, I can recommend more things or help you out.
ARK
And so Geophilia.org I put it in comments for people and I'll and I'll have it and you're our first guest blog, which I'm going to get to in a second. But there's a whole page that I was also scrolling through and I'm so busy yesterday and I just took like 15 minutes just to you know just dive in to that. Music harmonics. And so I was thinking, you know, is there anything for our sleep sanctuary involving music? Do you do some binaural beats? Do you have samples do you kind of set the stage as you you know, go down the red carpet to your bedtime?
Dr. Lydia
Along the red carpet. Well, I have been asked this question many times. In general, because everybody's different, and we need to respect that, I wouldn't recommend music in the bedroom because music is an information field. Even it's the most harmonic you know, the most well blended thing. I wouldn't recommend it for the bedroom. I would recommend absolute peace and an environment that is neutral. In the bedroom, we don't want noise in terms of anything. We don't want color noise or art pieces that are noisy. We don't want an EMF noise you know any kind of neutral? Absolutely not.
ARK
I have
Dr. Lydia
no, no. I always tell my clients that the bedroom is made for two things. One is healing through a very deep, regenerative sleep. And the other one is a cocoon for your beautiful relationship and even if you're not in a relationship right now, it's to invite one. So, you don't want a TV in there. It's not neither sensual or good for you in terms of you know, relaxing your brain and going to sleep. So for going back to the music, because I want to be respectful, there are people that you know, fall beautiful in sleep with binaural beats. So if you do so, you know, please continue but for most people, I wouldn't recommend it. I would recommend a more neutral environment away from any electronic devices you know, because you have to listen with something and that thing is an electronic device. So we don't want that in the bedroom. We would prefer to have a very neutral, almost cave-like, you know, cave meaning that it's a dark place, which is very important also for sleep. With no noise with very little openings and minimal things in there. We don't want a million objects. We don't want a million decorations or whatever keep all that in closets please. And make a very soft and neutral, cozy and relaxing environment to enjoy your sleep and your relationship.
ARK
Thank you and again for everyone. That's a free download on her website and it goes into like I said a deep dive into the mechanics of why it seems like for each one, you go into that which I just again I love that I had William on last week where he just explained the cells and the mechanics and it just brings another level of reference and incentive to do what what the guidelines are telling you.
Dr. Lydia
By the way, it's 15 pages. So for whoever goes there, be ready to like do some reading but it's very interesting. I can assure you.
ARK
Yeah. And so I believe it comes up. It's a pop up right when you go to the website, so I don't think anyone should have an issue trying to find it. So I did want to visit well... Congratulations. You're our first guest blog. So yes. Oh, um, and I loved reading it. And we're going to be posting it later, although it was in the download this morning. And so I wanted to just touch on because two things since we're here and it's about ARK Crystal on this page of course, your first impressions on the Crystal. I remember I think we were at the moon temple. And I had heard you speaking with someone and you're like, This is a mini... This is a mini temple, you know just carrying around with you and so while the machines in the other room are going off, I'm going to mute myself and let you explain that to everyone.
Dr. Lydia
Okay, um, yes, um, well I think that I felt the resonance with this. This beautiful little thing since the first time you guys brought it out. And I knew some things about its science and its technology, but I can tell you the first time I heard I hold it in my hands. Something happened. For sure. I felt a tingling I felt like something very powerful in my hands. I was surprised. I wasn't expecting it. I thought, okay, you know, it is like a portal to connect to the energy of the vacuum and all the work of Nassim and all that, but I didn't expect to have that intense feeling of course, everybody's different. I know. People feel different things, but that's how I connected with it. It was like it was communicating with my energy fields from my hand. I can say that the most intense feelings I always get is I don't know when I have in my hand or when I put it like in the third eye or something like that. This makes something very intense for me but beautiful and very deep. So yes, I would absolutely say that the way I see it and I feel it and I also know about the science behind it is that this thing, guys, this beautiful crystal is like a miniature temple. And why I'm saying that because the main characteristic of ancient temples as I was saying before, is to create the sacred space or otherwise called harmonic space. And what I mean by that is, remember I mentioned before about musical notes and harmony, so imagine that around here, there are various different fields and various different waves from sound waves, to electromagnetic waves to scalar waves to information or waves. The wave of our heart, you know, they're always waves. What this can do is that in this area around it, it can create this sacred space. So it can bring waves together in a very harmonic way, basically, so, if you will be able to listen over like the music, it will be a very harmonic. So, all the notes come together in a very harmonic way.
ARK
coherence. Yep,
Dr. Lydia
Exactly. You know, another word is coherence. So, if, with the word for example, Heart Math, you can tune your heart and your brain together into coherence, I would say that this can create space coherence, or it can bring your energy field if you're wearing it into coherence. So it's exactly the same thing, just different words. Through that, there are many things that can be done, but one of them is the way I see it, which I believe from my research is one of the reasons and the main functions of temples is altered states of consciousness that are measurable with different devices. So with this kind of technology, we can actually open our physiology and our energy system to other states of consciousness. Which I think nowadays, it's something that we all need so much, because we have we have strayed away from the sacredness of life, the sacred buildings, temples, because today we just woke up in a religious way. This kind of, of technology can help us reconnect to that sacredness and find it in our everyday life, in a little space in a little corner that we can create or just in the moment, just holding it with intention or putting it on our hearts with intention, or whatever it is that you feel inspired to do with it, but it can help us enter in this sacred space. Once again. That's how I see it.
ARK
Thank you. Okay, so Oh, wow. Wrapping up. One thing so we already mentioned where we can find you that the Geophilia is the best go to Geophilia.org which I have. Right. And I'm excited by the fall, I believe is when we're going to launch your elective on the Resonance Academy.
Dr. Lydia
Yes, finally.
ARK
So that's going to be probably, yeah, October or November. I'm looking over who's running that. So yes, that's going to be top on my list and I will make time to dive deep in there. And so I wanted to cover that. And then also it's it's always a pleasure. I was just speaking to Lydia before this and I'm like Okay, so after this, then we can catch up because we're just busy little bees. And I did want to invite everyone to just send so much love to Lydia she's caring for her mom right now and just for like smooth flowing through and I love you so much. Thank you so much for joining us. And I'm sure there's gonna be a ton of questions that are gonna pile in and I'll be posting your blog later. I'll share the link with you and of course, I'll share the link here. I love you so much, Lydia.
Dr. Lydia
Thank you so much. Love you, too, Andrea, it's a pleasure always to talk to you. I also feel you know, I can talk you know, but we both don't have the time usually. Regarding the elective,I wanted to say that it will be called "The Sacred Science of Ancient Temples." So we will try to go deeper into these questions. You know, why were these temples really creative? Why did all these civilizations around the world devote so much energy and resources and money and time you know, we don't even know how much time they were built in. But as far as we know, it took a very long time probably. And, you know, what are the deeper meanings on? Why did people actually create them? With what purposes and there is another one purpose I want to excite people because it's very interesting. It's not just one, it's a few things. And maybe as I'm continuing my research, we will find even more. So we will look around at temples around the world with maps and we will connect also to the earth elements I mean, geo-physically, and we will we will connect more to these amazing beings, as I call them that are called temples. And it's it's a journey to help us understand the science, of course, on the functions, but it's a way to rediscover the sacred spaces in a way that we can come back to sacredness, as I was saying about the ARK. It's the same journey. And then trust me, you the next time you will see a temple or you will visit one it will be a very different experience because you will have a different way of seeing them or let's say, another pair of eyes to understand all the different elements. So it's something that I I have very passionately research and I feel it's part of my mission and it's something that I'm very passionate teaching about. So I'm super excited and honored to be in Resonance Academy.
ARK
Thank you so much. I love that an extra set of eyes. And it fits in so well with the Unified Science course being you know, just that understanding of the dynamics at play here. Gives you an extra set of eyes and just another level of the experience. So yeah,
Dr. Lydia
I would say you know, a little phrase, which is something I discussed with Nassim because, you know, we started collaborating some years ago. This is let's say a deeper dive in module five of the Unified Physics course. Exactly. So you know, we take the temple part, we will not go so deep in ancient civilizations, but you know, mostly in the temples but understanding the temples help us understand the ancient civilizations as well. So, for those of you that absolutely loved that module, you know, you can you can go for deeper with the elective.
ARK
Perfect a deeper dive into module five. I love that. I love you, Lydia, thank you so much. I'll talk to you.
Dr. Lydia
Thank you so much. Have a beautiful day, guys. I'll see you soon.
