Shipping Information
1. When will my package arrive?
Domestic Orders (United States only) – Please except delivery within 3 to 5 business days (excluding public holidays). For International orders, please except delivery within 5 to 10 business days (excluding public holidays).
2. How long does it take to fulfil an order?
International Orders (all countries except the Unites States) – All international orders are handled within 72 hours via UPS.
3. Do I need to pay custom duties?
Customs and fees must be fully paid before orders are delivered. You can either pay estimated customs and fees at checkout or when it arrives.
4. How can I track my order?
You will get a tracking code per email or you can login directly on www.arkcrystals.com and follow your order.
Payment Information
1. Can I pay in Installments?
Yes you can choose to pay in installments directly at our checkout page.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
3. Do you offer promo coupons?
Our system allows the use of only one promo code per order. For example, if you sign up for our newsletter, there is a 10% off promo code. Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments and promo codes cannot be prorated or combined. After your first order, you will receive a promotional discount applicable to your second order, such code cannot be retroactively applied to the first order.
Orders, Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your Return Policy?
We offer a refund within the first 14 days after delivery of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since delivery, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. Thus, please make sure to notify us of your return request within 14 days after delivery of the item(s) – shipment tracking behind the proof.
2. Eligibility for refunds?
Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with all its components.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Can I exchange my order?
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us by email support@arkcrystals.com so we can assist you.
4. Can I get a refund for my gift card?
Gift cards cannot be refunded.
5. How do I return my order?
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. What is your waranty policy?
Our lifetime warranty covers the charged effect of the serialized ARK Crystals.
Any manufacturer defects with the ARK Crystal products are covered for 1 year.
Please note that we are not liable for any damage caused by neglect or misuse, including exposing the crystal to humid environments or water (creating rust), nor are we liable for the wear and tear effect time has on our products.
For any warranty claim, please email us at support@arkcrystals.com following the below instructions:
Include “Warranty claim” in the subject line of the email.
Add the order number in the email along with the date of purchase.
Please also briefly detail the reason for the warranty claim.
7. Can I cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. All orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days, with the exception of "backordered" and "pre-sale" products. Once your order has shipped, you must follow the return process. For assistance, contact ARK Support at support@arkcrystals.com.
8. My product arrived damaged, what now?
ARK crystals and accessories are manufactured under strict specifications and quality control. If you feel that you have received a product with a manufacturer defect (scratch, missing magnet, or component), please contact our ARK Support team atsupport@arkcrystals.com. Please include as many details as possible.
Care Instructions
1. How do I take care of my ARK Crystal?
Never put your ARK Crystal in water or shower with it. If you want to structure your water, all you need to do is place it next to your water bottle or glass.
2. It says "lifetime charge warranty", does this mean my ARK Crystal never has to be re-charged?
Correct, we offer lifetime warranty on the electro-magnetic energetic charge. All products have been charged by our Harmonic Flux Resonator in our laboratories. For more information visit https://www.arkcrystals.com/pages/about
