ARK Crystal + Water Bottle

First of all I have to mention that I had purchase the first version of the Ark Crystal and its Pendant. It seams that the little issue I have come from here.

The bootle is very good looking and it's robust, but I have a little issue with the magnetic house at the bottom. When I position the Crystal with the up arrow to it, the Crystal is not correctly magnetized to the bottom. It seams that the magnets of the bottle in not correctly align with the crystal magnets. When I tilt the bottle the Crystal is falling of.
